Roasted Brussel Sprouts - Serves 4 20 Brussel
Sprouts – cleaned and cut in half Toss the Brussel Sprouts in the oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place on a silicone baking sheet or a baking sheet with parchment so they don’t stick to the pan. Bake cut side down at 375F for approximately 20 minutes or until caramelized.
