industrial and social life of Oregon's Willamette
Valley.

County Historical Society
Helping to protect and preserve the historical
records, artifacts and buildings in Douglas County.
Lane
County Historical Society
This non-profit organization serves to encourage
the preservation of Lane County history. It operates
the Lane County Historical Museum which collects
and preserves artifacts and library materials
that help establish or illustrate the history
of Lane County. The Society also publishes the
Lane County Historian, a tri-annual periodical
of local historical information.

County Historical Society
Established in 1950 to promote historical research
and education by collecting, preserving, studying
and exhibiting historic artifacts, manuscripts

and preserves the culture of the first settlers

County Historical Society
The Yamhill County Historical Society was officially
organized by the citizens of the county in 1957.
The purpose of the society is to gather, preserve,
and make available museum records and other materials
relating to the history of Yamhill County and
Oregon; to stimulate an interest in, and knowledge
of the locality's past.
