Pear Blossom Festival
April 12-13, 2024
Medford
An annual spring parade and festival with a Street Fair, Smudge Pot Stroll and much more. It is held in April to mark the time when pear trees that are a traditional part of the town's economy come into blossom. Founded in 1954, this event also includes seasonal activities such as promotion of local agriculture, a running race, cycling events along the Rogue River and a pageant.
In recent years, the Pear a Fare (local artisan food & beverage tent) and the Smudge Pot Stroll (downtown restaurant event) have been added to make “The Pear Blossom” a true “Festival”. We are very excited for 2024 to give even more of our community an opportunity to be involved in Medford’s oldest tradition!
