Providence Festival of Trees
Medford - November, December

Formal Dinner and Auction (Invitation Only), Festival Holiday Party Featuring Zion Train and public viewing days. The trees and accompanying items are sold at auction. Funds raised at this year's Festival of Trees will be applied to the physical expansion of Providence BirthPlace, including birthing rooms and surgery suites, as well as a remodel of the existing facility.

Oregon Shakespeare Festival
Ashland - February thru October

Presenting it's first performance in 1935, and renown for their location, atmosphere and tradition, The Oregon Shakespeare Festival is regarded by many as one of the best Shakespearian Festivals to be found. Along with the enjoyment of the productions, every OSF playgoer has the opportunity to learn more about the plays, the theatrical process and the art of being human in special classes provided by the festival.

Winter Wings Festival
February - Klamath Falls

Produced by the Klamath Basin Audubon Society, this is the longest running bird festival in the nation. A small gathering that began as the Bald Eagle Conference over 30 years ago has now become an incredible event for bird enthusiasts of all stripes. Event includes guided trips, workshops, presentations, free events, vendors and activities for children.

LOCATION:
Festival activities take place in the Klamath Basin, in and around the city of Klamath Falls. Unless otherwise stated, the activities take place at the OIT campus located at 3201 Campus Drive.

Tie Days RiverFest '11
June
Shady Cove - Southern Oregon

The Annual Tie Days RiverFest celebrates Dad's weekend with music, rafting, BBQ and just old-fashioned family fun. Shop at the vendor's faire under the "tie trees" and pick up a present for Dad…lots of "guy stuff" available. But many things are around for the kiddies too…pony rides, bounce house…and a crazy chain-saw carver! Jump on a raft (discounts to concert ticketholders) and float down the Rogue River to several restaurants and parks offering free live music.

Rogue River Lodge Outdoor Concert

The Rogue River Lodge is excited to announce its first annual summer outdoor concert series. The Lodge will be featuring live performances from some of Rogue Valley’s most popular musical and stage artists starting with Clint Ingbretson kicking off the season with Elvis! Britt Festival
Jacksonville - June through Sept

Britt Festivals is the Pacific Northwest's premiere outdoor summer performing arts festival. Located in the historic 1850s gold rush town of Jacksonville, Oregon (USA), Britt presents dozens of summer concerts, featuring world-class artists in classical music, dance, jazz, blues, folk, bluegrass, world, pop and country music.

Jackson County Fair
Central Point held in July/August

Flying dog shows, magic, clown acts, wild animals and even pig races are some of the entertainment offered at the Jackson County Fair. Exhibits, big name entertainment and an amusement carnival are also found at this annual fair in beautiful Southern Oregon.

World of Wine Festival
Jacksonville - August

The World of Wine (WOW) Festival is Southern Oregon's premier wine showcase, with at least 53 wineries participating this year! More than 750 people attend the public Grand Tasting, which celebrates this years professionally judged wine competition.

Ride the Rogue

This event includes 3 rides to accommodate all skill levels and a historic nature hike for locals and family members to enjoy. Jackson County Harvest Fair

The annual Harvest Fair celebrates the bounty of the harvest with many land products displays, livestock exhibits and craft, photo and home economics exhibits that salute the harvest and upcoming holidays. Some of the events include a Micro Brew Festival, Amateur Beer & Wine Competition, Chili and Backyard BBQ Cook-Off and Championship Grape Stomp.

Annual Medford Jazz Jubilee
Medford - October

Three fun filled magical days of fantastic music. Dixieland and traditional jazz, zydeco, and swing bands play simultaneously at eight locations. Dancing, wonderful food, great accommodations, and beautiful surrounding make this a festival you cant afford to miss!

Art Along the Rogue

The premiere art festival in Southern Oregon features street painters creating huge pastel chalk drawings on the street alongside 40-50 regional artists & students. Also great music all weekend long.

Meet the Pioneers
Jacksonville - October

Special evening walking tours where visitors will be greeted by the Spirits of Jacksonville's early pioneers and settlers. Meet these early "movers and shakers" up close and personal, and hear their interesting and fascinating stories of life in and around Jacksonville during the mid to late 1800's. Dress for fall weather and be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes. Tours will depart every 15 minutes and take approximately one hour to complete.
